You listed with a limited service agent for a lower fee. If you want full service, it will cost you more. Limited service agents list many properties and may not have time to syndicate your listing to sites such as Trulia. Because they net less for their service they have to watch their budgets. Hope this is helpful.

Wow is this an example of local professionalism?...... Real Estate is not as complicated as they want you to think, anyone can go pass that class and get a license it's not much different than selling cars. The link to post your own home on this site is below and don't forget that a large portion of homes now are selling by the owner on a well know site called craigslist.org good luck!

The old adage: "You get what you pay for" continues to be true. When the time comes to take care of your most precious investment, real property, please hire a professional who dedicates themselves to continuing education and to the highest standard of professional conduct, and who invests to have the best tools available to help sellers and buyers. It pays to hire a Realtor.

If you want your property on Trulia, Realtor.com, and a host of other real estate websites to gain maximum exposure you need to list with a full service agent. You too the cut rate plan and you are getting what you are paying for.

because MSA.COM is a For-Sale-By-Owner assist company.

You do not have your house listed with a Realtor.
