Why is it that there is only 1 photo available on a foreclosed property?

Most of the time you are looking at the initial listing of an agent, and all agents SHOULD have at least one photo when they create the listing, which is generally the picture of the outside of the home which diplays what the home offers.

There are other times, however, when the listing agency is given the go-ahead to list the property, but generally speaking they have not had adequate time to make the property presentable to prospective buyers. So they put on a picture that best represents the property until they can clean it up to show the rest.
