Trulia only accepts for sale postings from licensed professionals. If a 'for sale by owner' wishes to post here they need to find some way to work with a licensed agent. There are brokerages here in New Jersey that will post listings to the local Multiple Listing Service for a flat fee. I am not sure whether they will post that listing here on Trulia or not, I suspect not. I way this as kindly as possible, you get what you pay for. My advice, find a good realtor to list your home with. Statistics show you will actually get more money in your pocket at the end of the day than if you decide to go it on your own.
