Some times you have to say it like it is so here goes,...
I think you should know that Trulia is not the highest echelan of finding homes for sale. A Realtor is.
It is a blog and a website operated by a company making money by advertising and collecting money and quite a bit of it from real estate agents. Trulia does NOT get its info updated every few hours as agents advertise on Trulia as a website. On the other hand the MLS, operated by a Board of Realtors, had systems and checks in place. They have fines for simple clerical errors. They have classes on how to input information, because there is a lot of it on the MLS. It is two different worlds. Think of Trulia as a place to ask advice and usually get good answers. I would not think of it as the "go to" place to find info on Homes for sale. You could consider it as the go to place to find a Realtor to get you Free info on homes for sale as well.

Your best source for Real Estate Info is from a Realtor / Broker.

Hi Shulane,
Not sure why they don't have to on Trulia, but they do on the MLS. If you have questions about a property, you should hook up with an agent and they can help you out!
