I see why you've asked about the space rent as this is a Manufactured Home Community.
Castle Park
Mobile Home Make : Developer
Association Rules : PetsPermitted
Mobile Home Model : 703
Mobile Home Type : Triple

This can be confusing. You really should start with the park manager. You will have to fill out an application and be approved by them before you even make an offer on a manufactured home in a rental park. But you should also make sure you have the home inspected by an experiened manufactured home inspector and not just any home inspector.

Make sure the home is level and that the pier and pad assemblies are in good shape. Also make sure the vapor barrier and insulation are in tact and not ripped or lying on the ground. Also make sure the home has an approved set of Earthquake Resistant Bracing under it as that area is in a Zone 4 seismic area.

The space rent term confuses me. Are you asking why the square footage of a rental is not listed? In the main MLS listing it might be, each MLS system is different and when these listings are imported to other online sites, like here, the site here does not import all the features of the MLS listing. These site pick the most important features to list. Maybe it is time to contact a Realtor in the are you are looking for and get serious and not only use these free online services that are not timely, not accurate and can be serious scams. It's up to you, but if you keep doing the same things you should expect the same results each time.

R Huntley - the property you have a question about is not for rent. It is a house that is listed for sale. So I am confused by your question.

I knew that. But the home is on lease land in a mobile home park and there is "space/lot" rent in a park.
