Why does Trulia comp homes with 2 vs my 3 brs - 1 1/2 baths vs my 2 1/2- 1 car vs my 2 car garage- and they have NO BASEMENT --THESE ARE NOT COMPS?

If Trulia is to be respected this has to stop---any ideas????????????---Lancaster County PA where not everyone is burning plastic barrels in their backyards

Trulia or any other website can't see inside your home. The only way to get an accurate market analysis of your home is either to hire an appraiser, which is going to cost you, or contact a local realtor and ask for a complimentary analysis. These big websites base their opinions on tax assessor information, mostly, and many many times those records don't reflect unique features such as lake frontage and so on. A 2 car garage, number of baths and finished basements would tend to fall into that category. If you want an accurate opinion of value, call a realtor.
