Why can't I search only for a studio apartment to buy on Trulia.com? Realtor.com is the same.

Does anyone know any studio sale specialist websites?

It's possible to find studios on Trulia, but the MLS is the best source. To find studios on Trulia, first put the city or zip code that you want in the search bar. Once the results come back, scroll down the left side bar that says "Refine Search" and put the word "studio" in the "Keyword Search" box. Good Luck.

Hi, trulia and Realtor do not have complete and up to date information. Your best option is to work with an agent who who has access to the MLS. The MLS is the most complete and up to date inventory of properties for sale in the midwest. Please call me at 708-310-9031 or email me at tardis79@hotmail.com and I will email you a list of properties according to you specifications free of charge and get you on your way to ownership of real prropety. Thanks

Hi Paul,

The best method is have an agent help you by setting you up on the MLS, this is at no charge to you.

If you insist on going it alone, without knowing how you're conducting your search, consider not entering a bedroom count.

Good luck!

Why not get the help of a local, experienced in rentals Realtor to assist you.... It would be soooo helpful to you,
and they can narrow the search and assist you. Give it a try.

The best way of obtaining specific information is via the MLS. An agent can assist you with this.

Trulia is a poor site to search for property if you are serious about buying because it has outdated and incomplete data. Try realtor.com or my web site if you are not ready to work with an agent.

The MLS is the best resource for these. I would be happy to set you up for a free search on there for them.
