Why are the homes on Parkview Way/Deer Way so much cheaper than everywhere else around? Are they trailer homes?

Forest Hills is a great place to live! No snob's just normal family's living there life. Homes have a basement that is very dry and the home is built very strong, not like the new "k-hov" crap you see for 600k in Meadow Creek.

Excellent answers by both these girls, devoid of the "ooh, ooh, call me!" Sounds like you would be in good hands utilizing the services of either of these agents.

I just want to add to Gail's description of the homes on Deer And Parkview. These homes are as she described. They offer you single family home living in ranch houses that have their own private backyards and driveways (but no garages). They are a good place to start and as such are priced accordingly. It is a way for people to get into a community that they probably would not be able to get into because of the higher price of homes. If you have or plan to have children, then you can take advantage of the Manalapan-Englishtown schools, and the Freehold Regional High School District.

The homes in Bucks Head which is where Deer Way is located are modular homes that were brought in and placed at their current location. They do not have foundations, they are on blocks. The homes in Forest Hills Estates which is where Parkview Way are also modular homes but are on foundations and many of them have basements. Some are only 6 feet high and are good for storage but there are some that are higher and have been nicely finished to almost double your living space. Both of these developments have smaller lot sizes and they are also both ranch style homes.
Both developments offer a great alternative to condo living and are prefect homes for first time home-buyers.
