Why are property taxes always n/a?

Because IL property taxes are quite high. I'd buy this house if it wasn't for 11,000.00 in property taxes. I use to live in the area and we were transferred to OK. Now, at retirement I'd like to go back. Price of the house is fair it is the property taxes that keep me from it. Still thinking though, got to admit that area is beautiful.

Real Estate Taxes should be listed on every MLS listing placed in Realtor.com or Trulia. If not, the Jo Daviess County Assessors office will give you the real estate taxes over the phone with an address. If you have any questions, call me - Ray Oczak 815-777-6800
