Since your purchase agreement indicates the Seller will be responsible for all section 1 repairs, then seller must cover those charges. However, I recommend that you have your termite company inspect the property before any repairs are made. That way should there be any major differences between the two termite companies reports you will be in a better position to question the differences. You may then request that your termite report be chosen rather than the seller's. If you wait until the repairs are made, then you will be in a position of having to battle it out with the Seller's termite company to make those additional repairs that they missed.
