Not all the subdivisions in Trophy Club have HOA's. One of the newest areas in Trophy Club, the Highlands, with an HOA, is very reasonable. the monthly amount is only $20.00. The Association had a neighborhood BBQ last year for all the residents. I agree with others that it seems that the Associations in this area appear to be accommodating. In Roanoke, only the newest areas have HOA's.

No, all of Trophy Club does not have HOAs. As of 10/21/2002, the TCCIA was dissolved. You can contact the Town of Trophy Club; 100 Municipal Drive; Trophy Club Texas 76262 (682) 831-4600 and they can provide you with a letter of dissolution.

Buddy is correct in pointing out not all of Trophy Club has an HOA. What is unique about TC is a MUD (Municipal Utility District). The MUD is a separate goverment entity that provides utilities such as sewer, water and trash pick.

All of Trophy Club has a mandatory HOA and most of the newer subdivisions in Roanoke do also. Is there a particular subdivision you are interested in?
