Condos are a better form of ownership.

Your real estate agent would be able to answer all of these questions for you. Do you not have a real estate agent?

In addition, have you been pre-approved for a loan?

These are the first two steps that come in the buying process

Since more people understand condos better than coops and coops often require board approval before someone can purchase in the building, all else being equal a condo should be easier to sell.

Hi Randy

For Laguna Woods they seem to be reliable for resale potential. Especially with the changes that have been made for leasing the properties. That was a good change they have made. Less restrictions for the owner
If you have anymore questions please let me know. My information is below
There are only 2 lenders that Laguna woods has approved to do loans
Let me know if that is something you would like to have

Talk to you soon

since the change in there for leasing coops, I feel that either one priced correctly will sell. Location and price are the key. If you are not currently working with an agent. I would be. happy to talk to you further regarding HOA requirements.for purchasing in Laguna Woods Village.
