Great Question. The answer really depends on you or the buyer when you are selling! People are drawn to each area for unique reasons based around their lifestyle and personal preferences. I live and sell in the Keller area and have sold a great number of homes in the Trophy Club area as well. Each area has a different lifestyle feel as one of the other REALTORS mentioned and only you can judge which matches your preference. I recommend that you spend some time in each of these areas and talk with some of the locals that will really give you the best feel. When it comes to resale value it really has been strong in both areas Trophy Club still has a great deal of new construction where as Keller has less. Great Question. Best of luck toy and please contact me directly if I can be of further assistance.

Trophy Club is a Golf Course Community with no homes less than $150K. Keller homes start around $100K.

I'll help any way I can.

Keller has continued to hold its value well over the last 3 years however Trophy Club last I checked has declined -3% in value in the last year. You can read into all the information but what it will really boil down to is the property/sub-division both attract a great deal of attention. See were you lay financially and weigh your options if you spot a deal and the property is more appealing than another go for it. If you require any assistance contact me night or day I would be happy to assist you in your search.

They are both good areas in my opinion. Your main difference will be location. Also, Trophy Club is more like a large subdivision. Keller is a city. I have lived in Keller for almost 10 years and we love it. People I know that live in Trophy Club seem to like it there too.

Please call me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Hi there!

As Lynn mentioned, Realtors are ethically bound not to discriminate when customers ask these types of questions. What we CAN do, provide you with a comparabile market analysis and review the data with you.
How many homes have sold in a given area, year built, how long the home was lived in, how many
short sales or foreclosures are in the area and what ammenities are offered?

The piece of this puzzle is one that you will need to determine. What is the future of Real Estate? Which area provides for growth? How are the school districts rated? How long do plan on living in the home? Would you purchase brand new or pre-owned? See what I mean? So many variables that come in to play.

As a professional that works both areas (as well as North Fort Worth and Eagle Mountain Lake) I can assist you by providing information that will guide to your own conclusion. How does that sound?

Feel free to contact me: puniwai@fathomrealty.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

Best Regards,

They are both great communities. I favor Trophy Club. I help a dear friend of mine buy a house there last summer. The golf course and the club house in Trophy Club swayed him.
