Marble Hill is just above the northern tip of Manhattan, and is actually technically part of Manhattan - about 100 years ago they reidrected the Harlem River to make it easier for ships to pass through and cemented in the old bend in the river. Anyway, it is a very nice little enclave in a nice section of the Bronx near Riverdale that has easy access to the 1 train to get downtown. There are homes for sale there and I would be happy to help you find one if you are on the market. Give me a call at 917-657-6532 or email rdaub@warburgrealty.com.
