It depends on your intend. What a "Holiday home" that will meet your need. Do you want it near airport, have a view, near water, on water etc.

Please email me you requirement and I will help you out directly.

I would say that it greatly depends on what your goals/interests are.

If you're looking for a place to entertain, be close to downtown, parks, etc...then there are many areas to consider. Are you thinking of a big place or a small place? Close to the airport or preferring to be near downtown? Near suburbs or something with some land?

Of course, many different scenarios will influence your decision, so feel free to update or contact a local agent who would love to help you out ;)

Hi Sandra,

It depends on what you like to do on holiday and how far you are willing to travel from Detroit. In the city, you could purchase near the downtown area, which will bring you near to the Detroit night life. You could also purchase on or near the Detroit River and its marinas to gain access to all that boating the Great Lakes has to offer.

Best wishes,
