Don I think Ellen who is also a true real estate professional makes a great point. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought your http://chooseahomenow.com/property-wizard allowed buyers to do exactly what Ellen is recommending. Hmm so where should a buyer going when looking for a home with direct feeds from the local multipal listing service? If I was looking I would go to http://chooseahomenow.com/property-wizard and search from the ease of my smart phone.

The internet for sure. It's seamless for them to find anything out there for sale. It's a great way to start the process as they learn some of the ins and outs along the way. From the comfort of their own home they can have available to them anything they want to know. Buyers for the most part would rather start there than to work with a agent at that time. I find many if not all start on the web because they do in fact get a better idea of what and where the homes are that they will want to buy. Yet above all, once they decide to get out there and look...they are calling their trusted Realtor for assistance.

Statistics show that buyers are finding homes on the internet, and in greater number, from their smart phones. Its important for real estate professionals to have a very strong internet presence, along with a proven track record for excellent service to their clients.

usually buyers look online but many web sites are not up to date so the best thing to do is have an agent set up a search for you with the criteria of the house you are looking for including city number of bedrooms square footage type of home Garage preference and other criteria. feel free to contact me and I will do this for you right away.
