Where can you get a beachfront condo for 150K in florida? Is there any between Miami to Deerfield Beach?

Will be in Florida in first week of May, need suggestion on where we should focus our search..

Yes, there are several condo conversions between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale where prices start in the mid 100's ~ these same condominiums were selling for the 300's in the height of the market. The monthly condo fees are about $500.00 and annual taxes are 3-5K per year. As mentioned earlier- Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach and South Fort Lauderdale are decent options.

Beachfront condo for 150K is possible but you will have to settle for a 1 bed. 2 beds are still mostly over 200K (with a decent view). Your best bet would be a foreclosed/bank owned home with cash purchase. I personally love the main fort lauderdale beach area but you can also look at Pompano, Lauderdale by the sea as well as Hollywood or Hallandale Beach area. Good Luck
