When the bank have to give an extension to block the intereste on a home loan after 4 months pending closing, that fee is added to the closing costs.?

As a part of the origination fees? Keeping in mind that the interest is been the same. Or that fee have to be paid in advance?

I want to know if the fee to lock the interest have to be paid in advance? Or added to the closing cost even if is more than 120 days.

Are you locking for 120 days? You will be charged a much higher rate. If you have that much time go ahead and shop around. http://www.Zillow.com click on the mortgage tab. With no personal info required.
