When buying a reo is it better to go with the seller agent or find another?

Agent tried twice with my agent no luck yet. Witch way is better an easier?

I agree with Michelle. With REO properties the bank is usually selling 'As-Is' and you as a buyer should do a lot of investigations into the conditon of the property, permit status, neighborhood etc . . . This requires a really dedicated Buyer's Agent that has only your best interests in mind.

You should always have your own representation to protect your interests. A Seller's Agent's first duty of loyalty is to the seller, not the buyer.
