What would the asking price be for a home on the 200 block of Zeralda. I am wondering if the neighborhood could possibly be turning around.

Location is just one of the many factors that determine the price of your home. There is honestly no way to accurately answer your question without evaluating the property on an individual basis.

I can tell you that rehabbed properties in the area are asking in the neighborhood of $90-$125,000. I would be happy to talk with you privately about your plans to sell the property and how we can go about accomplishing that together.

I definitely see the neighborhood turning around. According to my research, I can see a good/recent rehab probably fetch between $70-120K. Hope this helps.
