What would the asking price be for a home on the 200 block of Zeralda. I am wondering if the neighborhood could possibly be turning around.

Hi Lois,

Some sections of Germantown have recently been increasing in value. Since values vary greatly block by block, I would need some further details about current condition, amenities, etc.. so I could give you a realistic Comparative Marketing Analysis of your property.

Please feel free to call me directly with any real estate related questions. I'd be happy to help.

Looking forward to speaking with you soon.

All the best,

Location is just one of the many factors that determine the price of your home. There is honestly no way to accurately answer your question without evaluating the property on an individual basis.

I can tell you that rehabbed properties in the area are asking in the neighborhood of $90-$125,000. I would be happy to talk with you privately about your plans to sell the property and how we can go about accomplishing that together.

I look forward to hearing from you.

There are multiple factors involved when determining an asking price for a property (location, condition, square footage, # of beds/baths, etc.). If you're interested in having comps provided for you, then please feel free to reach out via email or telephone (my contact info is below), and we can have a conversation in regards to what you're hoping to accomplish.

I definitely see the neighborhood turning around. According to my research, I can see a good/recent rehab probably fetch between $70-120K. Hope this helps.
