The MLS records only go back 5 years, but I went back to the archives to see activity in 2002 & 2003. Your question is a VERY broad one since there are more factors to put into the description other than 2 bedrooms such as square footage, more than 1 bath, condition, lot size, location, and upgrades/remodeling. Those factors contribute significantly to the value.
In general, here is the activity specifically in that time frame in Gerstle Park:
2002: 5 sales $485,000-825,000
2003: 13 sales $500,000-825,000
2004: 5 sales $610,000-770,000
2005: 4 sales $680,000-839,000
2006: 7 sales $650,000-840,000
2007: 7 sales $616,000-805,000
2008: 2 sales $735,000-740,000
Following a specific property would be a better way to get a more accurate idea or staying within a specific sqare footage. The market and the economy also plays a role. For instance, people who didn't have to sell in 2008 probably decided to not put their homes on the market.
