Closing costs will difer from sale to sale. It depends on how much your mortgage company is charging you. usually it is between 3 and 5% as a whole. Now if you are being charged points it will be on the higher end. Your mortgage broker should give you a good faith estimate when you sapply for the loan with all the closing costs broken down for you. good luck with your purchase.

Your closing costs are usually between 4% to 6% of the amount borrowed. Happy Holidays!
