You can simply go work with another real estate agent. I am curious, why is it that the broker refuses to work with you? Normally you have to go through a pre-qualification process so that the landlord can make sure you are able to pay the rent. Some landlords/buildings do not want a tenant who smokes or has pets. If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. I know several good rental agents in the area that can help you. Good luck!
