Have you considered contacting your Local MLS office? We often have sponsors for events, continuing education classes or meetings, who get an opportunity to speak to the group for several minutes before or during the event. Otherwise, its just good old fashioned mailings... Realtors are realtively easy to track down their email and office addresses. It just takes some time!

You can also call on local real estate offices and "pitch" the Realtors during their weekly sales meetings.

Probably the best way is to approach local offices and ask to speak with their broker/office mgr and see if you can present to the team at an office meeting.

I am wondering what Turn work is. Do you turn things for these professional? Until I know what Turn work is it is hard to answer the question.
