Try checking

We have an agent that specializes in only short-sales and foreclosures. Call Tammy Winner at 843-241-0306 if you would like information on some specific short-sales and foreclosures in the area.

Hey Nicole- I would be happy to send you a list of Myrtle Beach foreclosures as well as short sales. These come on the market daily/ weekly/ monthly so I can put you on my investor list to receive foreclosure updates as they come on the market. Feel free to contact me via the contact form on my website . Thanks, Seaton

This is the easiest. this web site contains all the HUD owned foreclosed properties for the State of South Carolina. the bidding is straight foward, however you must use a Real Estate agent to purchase. HUD also gives special priority to 'Owner Occupants'. these bid first and then investors may bid.

Hi Nicole...Nice area! Good question!
Try Realty Trac dot com - it is a good source and most data is accurate...
It is a fairly easy site to use...
There are many, many sites and services that will give you foreclosure data but this is a good start for you...Hope that helps!

Every County seat has a web-site in which to find Foreclosed the local Court House in the area where you are searching and ask what it it. If you can't find it then call the local Chamber of Commerce.......there is one in most cities. You can then go on that site and find out what homes are listed and when the auction will be. They are unually once a week on the same day. Most require a certain amount of cash up front or a percentage of what the property will sell for.
