The ratio of list price vs. sold price is currently 93% in Haddon Township ($228,800 list vs. $212,875 sold). Keep in mind, this is an average! Well located, well maintained, and nicely updated homes are starting to generate multiple offers and sell above list price! The average home price is actually up compared with neighboring Collingswood and Haddonfield - and inventories are down. How can I help you?

This home was sold and settled It was my listing. It was short sale that I negotiated successfully.

To answer your question, there is no percentage of asking price, since inventory and demand sets market price.

I will say the nicer homes are selling much more. this particle home was real nice. Older kitchen but overall nice home and great location. Lots of things planned for this area also.

Haddon Twp has lower taxes and desirable schools and activities. Close to Restaurants shopping and transportation. Right smack in the middle of collingswood and Haddonfield it has the most value for the money of both towns.

I'd like to help you please contact me directly and I will answer any questions.
