What part of Great Hills has the better houses? The newer ones seem to have the familiar tract feel.

Dear Smylr,
If you are considering buying in Great Hills and want to avoid the "tract home feeling" of the newest homes any Realtor can create a custom search. I would suggest a search for homes built prior to 2000 to find homes that have a more unique feeling. Also many of the older homes have nicer more expansive views as typically the best lots always sell faster than lots without views. Please let me know if I may be of further service to you.
Sincerely,
Betina

I know exactly what you are talking about. In my opinion, the ones near Yaupon Dr are just tract homes that are built bigger and in Great Hills... Take a look at the houses on the golf course. Those are nice. The ones on Painted Valley are not bad either.
