John Willis is an excellent home builder. He is a Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB). I live in a John Willis home and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one from him. Excellent service and follow up after the sale is critical. Look for a Builder that has the certification, CPHB. In GA, builders do not have to be licensed yet. A CPHB has higher standards to adhere to. You can check out http://www.cphb.org

Certified Professional Home Builder Requirements:
Have a minimum of three years homebuilding experience.
Derive their main source of income from home building.
Build to the standards set forth in the Homeowner Handbook or equivalent.
Have an approved Limited Warranty.
Offer mandatory binding arbitration.
Maintain appropriate insurance coverages, including builder's risk, general liability and other insurances required by law, i.e., workers' compensation.
Provide written references from a financial institution, home owners, trade contractors, material suppliers and other builders.
Pass an approved building codes exam.
Offer customer service warranty procedures.
Allow for home inspections.
Complete 16 hours of continuing education.
Be members of their local homebuilders association.
Adhere to Customer Service Standards
