Hi Maryann, a voice from New Jersey here - the Spring Market is the traditional target for timing the listing of a home. What is surprising to many homesellers though is when the Spring market really begins. I tell sellers to target Jan/Feb because in fact, the Spring market begins to percolate just as soon as buyers shake off the fog of the holiday season. Many sellers think May - too late, the Spring market is nearly over then. It is in the best interest of a seller to get the benefit of as much of the Spring market as possible.

Inventory continues to be added every day out here in NJ - I'm quite sure it is the same in Ohio, so if you have not yet found your home, don't despair!

Good luck to you and best,

I think Spring is the answer for single family homes. Families want to get settled in the new home before the next school year starts. Condos can be any time of the year.
If you need more information on buying or selling, anywhere in the U.S. or the world, or know anyone that does, put the Century 21 system to work for you. Call me first to get you started.

Hi Maryann,

Most people will say Spring......but I find that in Clintonville it's all year around.
