Dennis is correct. An FHA loan has a minimum down payment of 3.5% and allows for lower credit score qualification.

If you need any assistance in obtaining a loan for your home purchase please contact me and I would be glad to help you with your goals. We are located in Palatine just next to Harper College.

It is a loan insured by the Federal Housing Authority. It allows the buyer to put down as little as 3.5% and it is easier to qualify for the loan.
