What is wrong with the Williamsport, Montoursville, Lycoming county area. Don't they believe in more than one bathroom in that town?

You also tend to find only a one car garage as well. A larger garage was just not needed just a few decades ago.

Like Anna mentioned, back in the day 1 bathroom was the norm. Many of the homes in these communities are older. We do have a lot of homes that were built during the lumber era before modern plumbing so bathrooms were added later were they could find room in the home. A good portion were also built after WW II when 1 bathroom was also sufficient. These areas are older communities however there are many areas that have had more recent development with homes that do match the wants and needs of todays buyer.
You can see the listings in these communities on my website at http://www.EGetz.com.

Years ago one bathroom was considered more than enough and somehow they managed--if you are looking at older homes that's simply how they were built.
