The rental market in West New York is extremely strong right now. It offers close proximity to Manhattan transportation and therefore, it is considered a highly desirable location. The rental market has been doing well with rents at a considerable high. This high is now causing tenants to think about buying. We now have a lower amount of inventory for sale with an abundance of buyers. This is creating an environment for property values to increase in certain areas.

Best locations to consider for value are West New York, Union City, Guttenberg and Jersey City.
