Your best bet is to work with an agent who specializes in foreclosure properties. They sometimes know of properties that will be going on the market in the near future. If you give me a call or d-mail me I will be glad to help you out. 321-960-3577 or brevardsbestrealty@yahoo.com

Amy, I didn't look at every one, but did check WaMu and they had one.
I only present the links as a source for viewing Forecosure/Reo sites for free. If they are showing me stuff already listed with agents then that's what I want.. I never discourage anyone from using an agent when they are ready.

Thanks for the thanks...Dunes

Those are interesting links Dunes, I think you!
I bookmarked some of them, but you need to realize that those are bank sites, or 3rd parties who are repackaging listings from bank sites.

All they are doing is showing you stuff that is listed with a Real Estate broker already.

I looked on every one of those sites, and there was not one REO listed for Melbourne Beach. If you want current, accurate REO information deal with a local Realtor who is a Foreclosure specialist.

Joe, Try using this site.....http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/wiki/REO_Database_List.asp
Free and it provides links to the Free sites set up by the Banks and Gov. property for sale sites provided to the public...like these...
http://www.homesales.gov/homesales/mainAction.do
http://bankofamerica.reo.com/search/
http://www.homesteps.com/hm01_1featuresearch.htm

The absolutely best way which is free for you would be to contact a local realtor and have them set up an automatic search system for you for all foreclosures and short sales in the area that you are interested in. As a buyer, you don't pay for the services of a realtor--the seller pays the commission fee for the realtor services!! If you would like a referral to a good realtor in Melbourne Beach, let me know--I would be glad to assist you!!
