A best neigborhood(s) is subjective, and should be defined and dictated by personal preferences, wants, needs, lifestyle, etc. If unfamiliar with the area(s) take the time and revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

For me the best neighborhood for families with kids of all ages would be Westbrooke, but everyone has their own idea of what "the best" is! Working with me I would ask you the questions that matter most to YOU in your next home and match your needs with communities that fit what you are looking for! Give me a call I can help!

It depends on what you are looking for in the area you want to purchase your hom ine. I sould suggest that you drive around the various areas at different times of the day and evening to see what if going on, now that school is out you can see if there are a lot of teenagers out & about, maybe even knock on a door or 2 and talk to the neighbors. If schools are an extremely high priority of consideration go to link to the Brevard county public schools http://www.brevard.k12.fl.us/ .

You may have other priority items that will influence your decision about moving into a particular area. I would be happy to meet with you and/or provide you information based on your criteria and preferences. Feel free to contact me at anytime day or evening.

Hi Paulena,
I guess it depends on your teenagers interests, my teenager is bugging us to move beachside because she has taken up surfing. There is a nice neighborhood off of Minton Rd. I will find the name and let you know. Are they already in High School? Do you already live in Fl.?
I hope this helps a little, if I can be of anymore help please feel free to contact me
