Its depends on the finishing work, but average is about 100-130 per square foot, at least that is what I have seen lately.

This will depend greatly upon quality of construction, whether it is new construction or rennovations etc. If you are looking at baths and kitchens vs the rest of the home or residential vs commercial. I suggest you check with the local builders of projects like you are considering and get ball park quotes from them as well as architects and design build firms. As extreme example, you can spend $50 or $1000 on a sink. Just be carefull you dont over improve for the area as you will have a hard time recouping your investment.
