These "HOA" Home Owners Associations have varied cost ranging from $100 to $350, per month. I agree you should contact a Realtor and get set up with a listingbook account. so you can set up a self search/alert system.

They are all different., in both what the fees are and what they cover. Condo fees typically cover the exterior maintenance, roof and insurance on the building. Town homes are a little different. To know for sure how much and what they cover, you need to connect with a professional Realtor in the area you are looking to buy. If you would like help here in the Tampa Bay area, call me direct, I am happy to help with your real estate needs.

There is no way to state an average because all condos/townhomes will have very different monthly fees. Your best bet is to contact any local real estate office and ask them. They will have all current data for all communities in their area. Good luck!
