What is the Lot Size of 77 CHURCH St?

MLS says 0.34 acres. But looking at Google Maps, it doesn't look much bigger than the next door neighbor (75 Olive Ct, ~5000 SF lot). Am I missing something? Also, is there a free/easy way to look up property info online? I went to the Santa Clara Assessor website, looked up APN 158-04-003, found some useful info on the property...but nothing about lot size...

Thanks everyone. Seeing 0.34 acres definitely piqued my interest. But I am thinking it's a mistake. Gigantic difference between 5600-6000 SF lot vs. 15,000 SF lot. The agent actually referenced the 15,000 SF lot in the description, but it has now been edited out. There's an open house this weekend. I will check it out.

Everyone has given you good answers but there is one inaccuracy/misleading statement - Appraisers do NOT measure the lot size.

Douglass, it always pays to double check any measurements, whether they are provided by the county, by an appraiser, or by the seller.
County records, as with the other sources, have been known to be incorrect.
I have had experience with a property where the APN number recorded on title documents actually referred to the property next door, so all of the records were WAY off.
If you're at all interested in the property, arrange to see it.
If your questions are still an issue at that point, ask for clarification from the agent/seller/appraiser.
The sole purpose of contingency periods and buyer investigations under a purchase contract is so that a buyer can satisfy themselves as to all aspects of the property and property condition before becoming financially liable. This includes lot size and square foot measurements of all kinds.
A good agent will help you (and others) work through this.

From the Assessor website if you click on the print assessor's parcel map near the top right hand corner of the information window after running a property search you can view or save the parcel map which most often has dimensions. The assessors map shows 101' x 60' with a rounded corner.

The records available to real estate agents show the lot size is 14,874 sf. but the same web site shows a map marked 107' x 62' with a rounded corner. The description says 98' lot depth and 60' frontage. The rounded corner probably causes the difference in dimensions. Where the 14,874 sf comes from is unknown.
