Dear Msh,
Colts Neck is best known for everything from quaint older homes in country settings, to gorgeous estate homes surrounded by horse farms, golf courses, & the resevoir. Homes with acreage, golf course or resevoir views are considered the most desirable & of course the priciest sections in Colts Neck. It is impossible to pin point the exact street you will consider the best for you without knowing what type of home you are looking for, your price range, & your preferences for location. If you need more direction finding the perfect place to call home, I'm here to help.

Dear Msh,

Towns with water front and view are your most desirable locations.

Easy to see on a local map.

Hi Msh -

Colts neck is a very desireable area! What we would need to do is first come up with an actual price raice that you are looking in.. as you probably know Colts neck can range from 300,000 to 3 million in the blink of an eye! So, we would need to talk a little further about your motivation.

You DO NOT need to seek out any type of agent with a title. In NJ we are all buyers agents! You need to find an agent that you are comfortable with. Period.

Email or call and we can discuss further!

My best advice for you is to retain a Buyer's Agent in your area. A Buyer's Agent represents your interests, but his/her commission is paid by the Seller. A Buyer's Agent can help you locate homes that fit your needs/desires and that are within your budget. Ask your friends & family members for referrals of potential Buyer's Agents. Then Interview 2 or 3 and select one who fits your personality & is willing to show you a number of homes that fit your budget. A Buyer's Agent will help you with the pros & cons of each home. And, make sure you contact a lender to obtain a loan pre-approval, so you know how much you can afford and when you put in an offer to buy a home, you must attach a lender pre-approval letter for the Seller to even consider your offer.
