Wesley Chapel Rd. is a lovely area. Close to major roadways, shopping and an easy commute to the city center.

Hi Jen!!
Welcome to Indian Trail!! I went to school in Greensboro and am very familiar with Mebane. When I moved to the Charlotte area 6 years ago we specifically chose Indian Trail. Union County is one of the best places to live in the state. We were the fastest growing county in the state in 2008 and the 15th fastest growing county in the US. There are LOTS of great places to live in Indian Trail. I need some more information to help you. Can we talk sometime? I would love to help you enjoy our great town!

Jen, Your question leaves out the most important item, YOU! What do YOU want in your first home? Married? Single? Children? Pets? If you start with the "where" in Indian Trail, you will likely miss out on the WHAT!
My wife & I moved to Indian Trail seven years ago and love many things about this area, but I would rather discuss what YOUR needs are, than tell you why WE like it.
I don't SELL houses, I help people FIND the HOME of their dreams!
Please let me know if I can help you.

There are many factors involved in searching for a "good" location. Most of those factors are determined by you. I would suggest first writing down exactly what you want in your home, including price range, size, bed, bath. extras, distance to shopping, or work. Then work with a competant licensed Agent/ Realtor to assist you. A good buyer agent will not cost you anything and can save you thousands of dollars and wasted time. Please don't try to go it alone. I will be happy to help you locate an agent that is suitable for you.

For your first home in Indian Trail, you and your realtor should locate a neighborhood that has had good appreciation and good resale potential for you in the future. Your purchase price is going to dictate exactly just which neighborhoods you will qualify for. But having easy access to I-485 is a plus not only for you but for making your property more desirable for resale in the future. If I can be of further assitance please feel free to contact me.
