I'm thinking about relocating from San Diego to the Dallas area.

Thanks everyone
I appreciate your help. As soon as I can get out of CA I will be in contact with one of you. It could be next month, or next year or later. When I do get ready I'll be looking to buy a home to replace the one I have here.
Thanks Again, Ken

There are many neighborhoods you can look into. You should also set your budget and other preferences so you can narrow down your choice.

Here are the tips to help you find your answers:
Dallas VA Hospital is served by DART Blue line and Bus Route 444.
Trace along the public transportation routes for areas that match your rental or home price budget.
Ask a realtor to help you locate one.
The rule of thumb is the higher the rent or home price, the better the area in terms of good school or low crime. Of course, there are some exceptions here and there.
Good luck!
