Hello Greg,
In real estate a caravan refers to a method that some listing agents will use to show a home. A caravan involves inviting real estate agents into a home, or more often a series of homes, listed for sale, this will attract more buyers agents that might have a buyer they can match up with that property.

A caravan is an organized group of Realtors who go from one home to another, viewing homes and offering feedback to the listing agent. It's quite common and something many agents take advantage of.

It helps listing agents get their properties seen by local Realtors and offers buyer's agents a chance to view new inventory.
