What does it mean when Legal Disclosure on a listing says "No Property Assessments"?

Hi Erink,

Property listed but listing states "No Property Assessment." For what ever reason this is a drive by only. You are not allowed to view property before you have accepted offer. I would check with listing Broker as to why "No Property Assessment." Also verify that property can be viewed and professional inspected with accepted offer. If prospective buyer no allowed access and professional inspection with accepted offer I would be very hesitant in considering this property.

on several listing in los angeles. one of which is a short sale in pico-union area, but i see this disclosure constantly and just curious what it means.
