I see the Chinese Buyer keeping demand high in the San Gabriel Valley. I see inventory remaining low due to continued sluggish economy. People currently in their homes are not seeing wage increases, they are still nervous about their jobs if they have one, unemployment will remain at current levels and getting a mortgage will continue to be difficult, thus many people can't move even if they want to.
