If you would like...you can call me either in the office during the week at 843-839-5200 or on my personal cell at 843-504-4588 where I can get an e-mail address to send you these selections. Another choice would be for you to browse our website at http://www.oceanfrontguru.com and see what you can find. When you find something that meets your particular needs, simply jot down the MLS# associated with those listings and share them by sending to me at patrickgraw@oceanfrontguru.com

I am looking to purchase. I would like a community with a swimming pool but No high rises. A townhome would be perfect but would certainly consider a single family home. Price range no higher than 200,000.

There are many communities where you can walk to the beach in the North Myrtle Beach area. In order to provide you with a more reasonable response...possibly you could share what type of property you are looking for (condo, single-family residential, etc) along with a price range you feel comfortable with. In addition, are you looking for something to purchase or lease?
