Hi Cynthia, this project was purchased by an investor once the bank foreclosed on it. It is a building of 24 condo units, each unit is being finished with granite countertops, tile floors, etc. The zoning allows 1 week rentals (minimum 7 days) for each unit. The owners are not required to belong to the condo association, but I predict that once all the units are sold that the owners will wish to be represented by an association.

If you would like more information, please let me know, I would be happy to assist you.

Thank you, Connie. Do you think a purchase in this project is advisable?

That community is actually called Bonita Beachwalk. Very unique......good opportunity but you will have to deal with a few issues in the meantime. We sold the last unit to close in there and have another listed now. Let us know if we can help.
