Fees vary from complex to complex, there are no set amounts--generally there is an application fee, credit check fee, some may want a background check fee, etc. Your agent can best advise as to the fees as they relate to each specific complex.

Of course, depends on the coop, but I've seen most managing agents and coops charge around $400-$500 for application fees. Then, there's credit check (about $50-$75) and move-in/move-out fees (usually refundable if no damages). That's been the rule of thumb for my last several deals.
