I would advise any serious buyer to work with an agent and have him/her search for homes for you

Many consumer based websites offer outdated info, and are really tools for advertising vs. actually helping buyers finds homes for sale..

Best of success to you.

These sites are nothing, but “fishing holes” for the corporate world; they collect the data from the visitors and then Market it back to Realtors as Leads. Always advice the Buyers and Sellers to go to a local agent’s website. See the following links and create a free Property Search Account at one or both of these links and they can search for listings all they like.

Both of these accounts get their data directly from California Regional Multiple Listing Service ... the prime source, the data is updated immediately as there are any changes registered in the CRMLS. There is no Corrupt or stale information on these sites.

I am totally in agreement with Ingrid Ski; we agents should be dedicated to provide the clients solution for their challenges not testing their knowledge. Today's buyer is very sharp and current with the technology. Do not underestimate their knowledge. We should guide, encourage and support the tenants, buyers and sellers of Orange County.

I find that many may start elsewhere, but end up looking on local sites for local homes and for local agents. At least that is what the 30-50 a day signing up on our site are doing. They may start on Z, T or R.com, but if they want local info, they find a local agent's website who can then assist them.
