Hi Nikole,

You are fortunate - as there is still a high inventory of homes in the greater Charleston area so you have an array of options within your price range.
Here is an MLS report with a sampling of single family homes listed form $275K- $300K :
http://ctarmls.com/CharlestonReports/ListitLib/show_report.a…

I sorted the report by subdivision for an easier review. I hope this report is helpful to you.

If I can help you with questions on specific properties please let me know.

Maureen

Nikole,

James Island and Mt. Pleasant are 2 of the most popular areas of Charleston for buyers under $300K. Both of these areas have fantastic county parks and are within 10-15 minutes of downtown Charleston and the beach. You can see pictures and read more about Mt. Pleasant at http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/mt-pleasant-rea… James Island offers the closest proximity you’ll find to peninsular Charleston, which is one of the reasons it’s so popular: http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/james-island-re… Hope this helps get you started!

Nikole,
There is a great new neighborhood that fits all those criteria in Mt Pleasant. I just help a buyer to purchase there and they are so excited! Let me know if you are still interested and I can give you all the details. I'm happy to help.

Nikole,

Everything you are looking for can be found in Daniels Island. It is a small island located between North Charleston & Mt. Pleasant. I implore you to check into homes available in that area. If you are still interested in properties in that area (I realize that this questions was posted quite sometime ago) the market has REALLY opened up around there. Want more personalized info I would be more than happy to help. Contact via email or phone and we can get a more personalized search.
