Nanya-
The Piazza website lists the following Tall Oaks condo prices;
Unit Type From To
1BR low-income $82,000
1BR moderate $110,000 to $115,000
2BR low-income $102,000
2BR moderate $165,000
3BR low-income $120,000
3BR moderate $189,350
Why the much higher figures you quoted?
P.S, as a market comparison, I paid $162,000 for a nice 2 BR 2 BA 867 sq. ft. Condo here in San Diego a year ago (conversion in 2006) and I'm paying HOA fees of $250/mo.! I'm renting it (after a few upgrades) @ $1545/mo. I see moderate income folks are paying $1253 for a 2 BR at Tall Oaks, so I assume similar units with no income restrictions go for even more.
