As an Investor who buys, sells and/or "flips", we suggest partnering with a Guthrie Real Estate Agent and/or Probate Attorney, to get the inside scoop on some investment homes. Or for any/all the areas you plan to work... From there, you get word-of-mouth established for potential short sale, probate and/or foreclosure homes.

There is also a Metro Area Investor Network, and I can get you the contact info for these folks. Contact us through hour profile.

Are you a buyer or seller? Normally you try to get on one or the other, not both. Start contacting Realtors or their websites and filling out the register forms. I am sure you will get on someones list.
